CoLive Space offers you a new way of conceiving housing
Residences (apartments or charming houses) consisting of several equipped rooms located in urban centers near shops and public transport.
Each place is carefully equipped, furnished and decorated and offers both individual rooms and large common living spaces.
The offer consists of an all-inclusive package that includes the rental of a furnished room with private or shared bathroom, Wifi, cleaning, water, electricity, etc.

Our Mission
Nowadays, it is becoming more and more difficult to find accommodation in city centers. Searches are long and contracts are often not very flexible. In addition, housing is often poor and no longer meets today’s tenants needs.
Considering these facts, CoLive Space aims to reinvent the rental experience by offering unique and innovative housing located in urban centers, through a plug-and-play offer where the resident has nothing to think about other than putting down his or her bags.
